What should I anticipate after contacting you?   
After you get in touch with me via email, text or phone, I will reach out to you within 48 hours to arrange for an initial consultation.  I will ask you a few questions about your reason for seeking support, spend a few minutes explaining how I might address your concerns, and encourage you to ask any questions about my approach and policies.

Do you offer telehealth?     During the Covid-19 shutdown telehealth services are my only option.  Once Marin County moves into Stage 3 allowing the reopening of areas in which people are closer together, I will begin to offer in person services with restrictions and only if we are both comfortable doing so.  Telehealth will continue to be an alternative.


What is the cost of the service?   My fee is $150 for a 50-minute session.  Reduced fees are available on a limited basis.  


Is mental health covered by insurance?     I am a Medicare and Cigna provider.  Other insurance companies may reimburse an out-of-network provider.  I recommend checking with your insurance company to see what services your policy covers.  I will happy supply necessary paperwork to support your claims.


How do I cancel my appointment?     I am happy to reschedule your appointment.  
Please contact me within 48 hours to do so.  If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session
